1. Briefing & Audit
Introduction and initial briefing on business, objectives, deliverables and desired outcomes. Audit of existing marketing framework and data streams. Research and analysis with applied machine learning to identify patterns, optimize channels, audience strategies, opportunities and trends.
2. Research & Collaboration
We work together to define objectives, KPI’s, positioning ,develop initial strategies as well as help identify and implement growth tools and other 3rd party solutions. We also offer 3-6h workshops on Data Optimization, Branding, PR, Ideation and Creative Brainstorming.
3. Strategy & Frameworks
We pitch final proposed strategies and communication concepts as well as data frameworks that allow us to measure and test all communication and identify best practices.
4. Creative & Production
We create and produce all materials and assets from initial concept to final production. Managing and overseeing all resources including external production and internal teams.
5. Analytics & Handover
We supply all final assets along with all necessary analytics and measurement tools to effectively monitor campaign metrics and results that tie back to agreed strategies, KPI’s and objectives.
